Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Predenzo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Predenzo provides competitor intelligence and ad research tools for marketers, including landing-page change tracking, ad research, and AI-assisted creative generation.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, resell access without permission, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
4. Plans, credits, and usage limits
Predenzo offers a Free plan and paid Starter, Pro, and Agency plans. Each plan includes usage limits (for example video credits and research analyses) as described on our Pricing page.
Credits are non-transferable. Credits and usage allowances reset or expire according to your billing period.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis until cancelled. Prices are shown on our Pricing page before you subscribe.
Founding-member pricing, where offered, is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active without interruption.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
6. Payment processing
Payments are processed by our payment partners. For customers outside India, our order process is conducted by Dodo Payments, which is the Merchant of Record for those orders. Dodo Payments handles payment, applicable sales tax or VAT, and invoicing, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
For customers in India, payments are processed by Razorpay.
We do not store your full card details.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@predenzo.com. After cancellation you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at /refund.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predenzo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Competitor data shown in Predenzo is gathered from public sources and may be incomplete or delayed.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
